It is developed new low invasive slanting pararectal mini-access to a dome of a blind gut at an acute appendicitis. Quality of a life of patients after operation ap-pendectomy from mini-access and traditional access after operation, in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation by means of questionnaire SF-36 is studied. Improvement of quality of a life of patients after low invasive is shown operation.
